The role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team. This role balances both UX and UI responsibilities, focusing on understanding user needs and crafting exceptional designs that improve usability and aesthetics. As a Product Designer, you will lead UX research initiatives, validate design solutions, and create intuitive, production-ready interfaces that bring our product vision to life.
This is an opportunity to join a quickly growing team and make a significant impact from day one. You will report directly to our Co-Founder and Co-CEO focused on product and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user problems and validate potential solutions.
- Analyze user data and feedback to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver high-quality designs that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the product vision.
- Lead UX validation efforts by conducting A/B testing, analyzing analytics data, and iterating based on insights.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
- Advocate for user-centric design practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
Examples of duties include, but are not limited to:
- Running user interviews to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Building and testing prototypes to validate design solutions.
- Refining user flows to simplify navigation and improve task completion rates.
- Designing intuitive dashboards and data visualization elements.
- Conducting heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
About you

Your day one qualities:
- 3+ years of experience designing for SaaS products or similar environments.
- Experience in conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to validate design solutions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing polished, production-ready UI designs and user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to design intuitive interfaces for complex workflows.
- Collaborative skills to work effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs seamlessly.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Fluent English communication skills, with additional languages as a bonus.
We’ll be excited if you have:
- Familiarity with component libraries such as MUI (Material-UI), as these are integral to our product design.
- Experience working with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Previous experience designing for enterprise or highly technical users.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and frameworks.
- Basic understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of lean/agile methodologies and flow-based practices.
