Hi, I’m Michelle! With a background in finance, people operations and tech, I work with the overall operations here at 55 Degrees. I help my colleagues with personnel-related questions, and ensure they also take some time off! I am responsible for general administration and finance, and I always look for ways to improve and digitize our administrative processes in order to make my co-workers’ workday a little bit easier.  When I’m not at work you most likely find me watching a football game or playing darts 🎯
