55 Degrees is growing and actively seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. We are a true startup that is profitable without VC funding and we plan to keep it that way. The mission of 55 Degrees is to “unleash the potential of all teams at all levels through software and services that help make work life easier.” This role is central to achieving our goal!

This role is flexible-remote. Post-COVID, this means that you work out of our main office, but have the option to work from home for a portion of the week. 

What you’ll do:

You will focus on becoming an ActionableAgile power user and be responsible day-to-day operations and implementing improvements regarding the entire customer lifecycle:

  • Inbound marketing
  • Monitoring of evaluations
  • Onboarding
  • Customer support
  • Retention

Here are some of the big things you might find yourself busy with on any given day:

  • Solve customer problems and answer questions about our product with high customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on customer inquiries
  • Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and power users within key customer accounts in order to:
    • ensure we correctly understand our customer needs,
    • make the product team aware of high-impact issues, and
    • maintain and expand our business within these key accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and Q&A sessions with potential customers
  • Analyze patterns of questions and issues so that we can use that information to optimize our product and services.
  • Update and create product documentation and FAQs for our end users, including the creation of any necessary product videos.
  • Help monitor our social media channels and various customer forums for timely customer feedback.

Who you are:

You live in commuting distance of Malmö. You are goal-oriented, curious, and independent enough to work at home but also thrive working in an office environment with colleagues.  

As a person, you are empathetic, and have an easy time putting yourself in the customer's place. You treat people like they are important and valuable, but also recognize that doing so doesn’t mean always telling people what they want to hear. You are outgoing, self-driven and have a general understanding of Lean and/or Agile that enables you to help our customers use ActionableAgile to achieve their business goals.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a good communicator who can win the trust of the customer and someone. You are someone who can thrive in a small business and you are motivated to contribute to the development of our growing company.

What skills you have:

  • Fluent English at a professional level in both writing and speaking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work with various types of personalities
  • A desire to help others achieve their goals
  • Patience in handling difficult cases
  • An ability to solve problems and complaints
  • An eye for detail
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • A minimum of 1yr experience in a customer support or success role, ideally related to SaaS products.
  • Ability to learn from your experiences and the feedback of others and incorporate that knowledge into how you work.

  • The in’s and out’s of the entire ActionableAgile product line.
  • Lean/Agile methodologies and flow-based practices beyond a beginner level.
  • Atlassian’s suite of tools, particularly Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.

Location Information:

We currently have an office in Svedala. Our current plan is to move into Malmö, near public transport, by the end of Q2 2021. During the COVID-19 pandemic, however, we follow guidelines set by Folkhälsomyndigheten and encourage work-from-home when at all possible and attempt to maintain a social distance when in the office. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided. Even when we return to an office, you will be able to work part-time from home, if desired. However, you will be expected to come into the office one or more days per week most weeks.
