The role
As Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for expanding our reach, scaling our growth efforts, and growing recurring revenue through both strategy and hands-on execution.
Our Growth team today includes one Partner Manager and one Content Marketing Manager, both reporting directly to you. Our commercial setup is centered around a partner-led sales channel that drives most of our revenue, supported by a developing product-led growth (PLG) motion focused on increasing visibility, engagement, and self-serve adoption.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll define direction and long-term goals, but also roll up your sleeves and get involved in day-to-day activities — building and optimizing funnels, shaping campaigns, testing new tactics, supporting partners, and identifying opportunities for ARR growth. You’ll work side by side with your team, balancing big-picture planning with tactical execution.
You’ll lead by setting clear goals, supporting and developing the team, and fostering a growth mindset grounded in experimentation, focus, and momentum. You know how to motivate, collaborate, and turn ambition into action.
This role will be part of our executive team. You’ll report directly to the Co-CEO and play a central role in shaping our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a scalable growth strategy that aligns with company goals and prioritizes long-term impact.
- Lead and unify marketing and partner channel sales efforts into a cohesive revenue-generating function.
- Own pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy, making data-informed decisions to drive adoption and revenue.
- Establish and track SaaS KPIs to measure performance, identify trends, and improve decision-making.
- Explore and develop new growth opportunities, including partnerships, vertical expansion, and untapped markets.
- Accelerate self-serve growth by optimizing digital funnels in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Build and mentor high-performance teams, while cultivating a culture of experimentation, innovation, and collaboration.
- Act as a strategic voice on the executive team, helping shape business priorities and long-term vision.
About you
You’re a growth leader with a strong grasp of SaaS and a passion for building things that work. You’re comfortable moving between strategy and execution — shaping the big picture while staying actively involved in the details. Whether it’s optimizing a funnel, launching a campaign, or reviewing a partner playbook, you’re eager to jump in and make progress.
You know how to use data to focus your efforts, make decisions, and drive results. You’re fluent in SaaS metrics and understand how to turn insights into action and drive sustainable ARR growth. You bring a natural curiosity, a builder’s mindset, and the drive to create real, measurable impact.
You enjoy working in small, fast-moving teams, and you're excited about the opportunity to take full ownership of a growth function — not as a finished system, but as something to shape, grow, and evolve.
We’d be excited if you had the experience of shaping go-to-market strategies and introducing pricing and packaging changes that moved the needle. Also, if you understand how a product-led growth strategy influences customer acquisition and expansion, and you know how to align sales and marketing around that model.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years in a growth, revenue, or marketing role within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Proven experience in executing growth initiatives — such as optimizing funnels, launching campaigns, adjusting pricing or packaging, or activating new channels.
- Fluency in SaaS KPIs and growth levers (CAC, LTV, NRR, funnel metrics, activation, conversion, and retention rates), and using these insights to drive continuous improvements and growth.
- Comfortable working with low-touch/self-serve models and supporting customer journeys that span both digital and partner-led sales.
- Experience in designing and evolving go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Hands-on leadership experience: You know how to support, guide, and motivate a team in a collaborative way, especially in fast-paced or early-stage environments where structure and processes are still being defined.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate strategy and data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms to support campaign tracking and funnel reporting.
- Experience working with or around agile/lean organizations (a plus, since many of our customers live in that world).
